THK LM roller bearing
The LM Roller bearing is a compact linear guide with high load performance and a mallet-type roller that can make infinite circular motions. This product is optimally applicable to machines required for increased positioning accuracy, repeatability and rigidity.
This model is designed to be fit into a groove machined on the mounting surface. It is secured on the mounting surface by screwing bolts into four holes on the raceway base. (fixtures SM and SE are also available.)
A lighter type that uses a resin-made retainer and is designed to be mounted in the same manner as model LR. Since it has a groove for installing a seal, a special rubber seal with a high dust prevention effect can easily be attached. In addition, this model is capable of highspeed travelling at 1 m/s.
An Installing models LR, LRU and LR-Z Use the four mounting bolt holes on the raceway base to mount the LM Roller. The LM Roller can easily be secured using fixture SEM or SE by installing models LRA and LRA-Z. SE is provided with a wiper to increase the dust-prevention effect. c Installing models LRB and LRB-Z The LM Roller can easily be secured using fixture SMB or SEB. SEB is provided with a wiper to increase the dust-prevention effect
