PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HGW30HC slide guide is HIWIN brand a linear guide, with automatic centring ability, interchangeability, high rigidity and low coefficient of friction and other characteristics.
1. Automatic centring ability: HGW30HC slider guide through the arc groove of the DF (45-°45)° combination, in the installation of the steel ball with the help of the elastic deformation and the transfer of contact points, even if there is a certain degree of deviation from the installation surface, but also can be be absorbed by the internal of the line rail slider, thus generating the ability of automatic centring and ensuring smooth movement with high precision and stability.
2. Interchangeability: Due to the strict control of manufacturing precision, the size of HGW30HC linear guide can be maintained within a certain level. The slider is designed with a keeper to prevent the steel balls from falling off, making part of the series accuracy interchangeable. This means that customers can order rails or sliders as required, and can also store rails and sliders separately to reduce storage space.
3. High Rigidity: Through the use of four rows of circular grooves and four rows of balls with a contact angle of 45 degrees, the HGW30HC slider guide enables the balls to achieve an ideal two-point contact configuration, which can withstand loads from up and down and left and right directions. If necessary, preload can be applied to increase rigidity.
4. Low coefficient of friction: As a kind of rolling guide, HGW30HC slide guide makes the load platform move easily and linearly with high precision along the guideway through the rolling cycle of the steel ball between the slider and the guideway and reduces the coefficient of friction to one-fiftieth of that of the conventional slide guide. The friction coefficient is reduced to one-fiftieth of the usual traditional slide guide, which can easily achieve high positioning accuracy. The end system unit design between the slider and the guideway enables the linear guideway to withstand loads in all directions at the same time, and the patented reflux system and simplified structural design make HIWIN's linear guideways have smoother and lower noise movement.
