The process is constantly being improved, insulated bearings in which there is a layer of 100 μm thick coating on the surface of the outer ring or inner ring, which can withstand voltages of up to 1000 V DC. A special spraying process creates a coating of uniform thickness with extremely strong and uniform adhesion, which is further processed to make it resistant to moisture and humidity.
